If you saw my post a little while ago with the Rainy Day girl, this is very similar! I purchased these girls from the Silhouette Store and had my Cameo 3 sketch and cut the girls out. I chose the long haired girl for this particular card.
I used E00, E11, E13 and RV10 for the girl's face.
I used E57, E21, and E43 for her hair.
I used B39, B41, and B45 for her dress, shoes, and bow.
I stamped her a little puppy friend from the Canine Companions from My Favorite Things. Then cut her out with the coordinating die.
I colored this little girl to match her sweet owner. I used E47, E57, E21, and E43. I used B41 and B39 for her bow.
Next, I used the Leafy Backdrop stamp from Pink Fresh Studio and using different amounts of Faded Jeans distress oxide and pressure, I created dimension in the backdrop.
I used stamps from Clearly Besotted for the sentiment "TO MY sister".
I put 3D foam on the girl and her pup and adhered her to the card.
