Thanks Teacher!

Holiday cards are finally done! Now it is time for all the upcoming card needs, like the end of the school year! Crazy! :)

You could really do this card one of two ways. I decided to add a little dimension by stamping the 2 of the apples on a separate piece of cardstock and then fussy cutting them out and adding 3d foam adhesive to the backs. But really, you could do this card as one dimension and only use one piece of cardstock. I think both ways are beautiful!

These stamps are all from the Fresh Fruits stamp set from Mama Elephant. I started by placing my "thanks teacher" sentiment first. Then, adding my main 2 apples where I wanted them and stamping it all with Memento Tuxedo Black ink.

I continued placing the apples and leaves where I wanted them and then stamping them with the same Memento ink pad.

I used Copic Sketch markers R39, R29, and R24 for the red apples.

Then, E57, E51, and E41 for the stems and insides of the apples.

I used G17 and G14 for the leaves.

This is the part that you could skip, if you wanted! I stamped the 2 apples separately and then cut them with scissors. I added the 3D Foam tape to the backs and adhered them.

Such a pretty and simple card for my kids' teachers!

Thanks for reading!
