To start off, I used my corner punch to round the corners and used a regular hole punch for the hole. I don't have any bookmark dies so I just used what I had available!
Then I stamped my row of books.
I also don't have any masking paper (if only I had a limitless budget and limitless crafting space!!) so I used a post-it, a pencil, and scissors to create a mask of the books.
I used Salty Ocean distress ink to create a little background.
I used my Spectrum Noir markers to create a book shelf (using my post-it as a guide and then fixing my line after removing the post-it).
I used a fine tip pen and a ruler to make a clean line for my shelf.
Then I started stamping the bottom of the bookmark.
Once I had that done, I colored in my books and my little guy, using my Spectrum Noir markers.
Then I tied my baker's string to the top and voila! Done!
